The Traction and Torsion Meter complies with the requirements of standards such as IEC 60335, IEC 60598, GB 4706, and GB 7000. It is designed to perform torsion tests on household and similar electrical appliances and to verify that the power cord clamping device is secure.

1. Specificații

● Power: AC 220 V/50 Hz, 5 A;

● Rally time: 1 second per cycle (adjustable);

● Rally times: Adjustable from 0 to 999999 times;

● Rally range: 30 N, 60 N (combined from two 30 N units), 100 N (combined from two 30 N units and one 40 N unit);

● Torque range: 0.08 Nm, 0.1 Nm, 0.15 Nm, 0.25 Nm, 0.35 Nm;

● Equipped with a suitable fixture to secure the test specimen so that the test specimen and the fixture are on the same horizontal plane.

2. Etape de operare

Install the sample.

Traction test.
Install the Farmar here.

Adjust the height of the sample plate to ensure the Farmar drag rope is straight.
Connect the equipment to a 220V, 50Hz power source.
Click “Reset” before each test.

Press the green button to start the test.

Torsion test. There is no need to turn on the torsion test equipment.
Simply install the Farmar here as shown in the figure to perform the torsion test.

3. întreținere

● Check whether the fasteners are loose before the test, and tighten any that are loose.

● Nylon ropes will become damaged after repeated testing, so please replace them promptly.

● Columns, tie rods, sleeves, and other moving parts should be lubricated frequently.

● Turn off the power when not in use.
